Eagle Solicitors are on the lookout for a passionate and driven individual who is looking to start a career within a reputable law firm.

Eagle solicitors are looking for someone who is keen on understanding how the legal system works and keen on helping others.

Key Duties

 

  • Reception Duties
  • Administrative duties such as file creation and maintenance
  • Dealing with inbound and outbound correspondence
  • Making and receiving telephone calls
  • Creation of document bundles for service on courts and other parties
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Assisting lawyers with meetings including those with clients, other lawyers and professionals
  • Creation and maintenance of online databases
  • Post-room duties

Weekly Wage:

£192.00

Working Week:

Monday to Friday

9:30 – 5:30

Future prospects description:

Upon completion of the Apprenticeship and evaluation by the company’s supervisors, the successful candidate may be offered a job at the end of the Apprenticeship.

Qualifications Required:

Minimum qualifications are English, Maths and ICT GSCE level A-C or equivalent.  Graduates can apply but a degree not necessary nor will it give you an advantage. Common sense, a good attitude and a strong application are what we are looking for.

About the training:

You will be working towards a Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration.  In addition to crucial ‘on the job training’ depending on the qualification selected you may also study the following units:

  • Principles of Business
  • Analyse and present business data
  •  Principles of Project Management
  • Managing Information and Producing Documents in a Business
  • Monitor Information systems
  • Principles of Administration
