We’re on the hunt for experienced Digital Marketing and Business Administration Development Coaches to join our training team.  The suitable candidates will support the professional development of our apprentices by enabling them to acquire the relevant skills and experiences needed to fulfil their Digital Marketer and Business Administration Apprenticeship programmes.

The ideal candidates for this position will:

  • Work with employers and apprentices in the development of SMART goals to support the career and personal development of the apprentice
  • Visit apprentices in the workplace monthly, to help them identify the evidence needed to achieve their apprenticeship programme against the required assessment framework
  • Monitor apprentices’ progression to ensure timely achievement and successful completion of targets for all stages of the apprenticeship programme.
  • Attend 4 training team meetings per year.
  • Develop students’ creativity and problem-solving skills through well-written assessment feedback
  • Where required support students to achieve their Maths and English and ICT qualifications
  • Provide feedback at regular intervals in line with the standards set by stakeholders including our Operations Team, End Point Assessment Organisations, Employers, and Awarding Bodies.

Requirements:

  • Degree / or other relevant qualification in a related Digital Marketing or Business Administration Discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a digital marketing role demonstrated with a credible history
  • A full understanding of apprenticeships and the Digital Marketer and Business Administration Standards and

qualifications would be an advantage

  • At least 1 years’ apprenticeship assessing or coaching experience
  • An assessor qualification (CAVA or equivalent) is an advantage but not essential
  • Demonstrable passion for supporting individuals to realise their career ambitions
  • Approachable and nurturing manner
  • Proactive and client focussed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good IT skills with an ability to pick up new software quickly

Additional Requirements:

  • Digital Marketing coaches should have knowledge of Traditional Marketing, Digital Marketing (SEO,

Social Media, APP Development), WordPress, Copywriting, Brand Development and Analytics.

  • Business Administration tutors should have knowledge of project management, business

administration systems, communication skills and managing self-development.

Weekly Wage:

Development coaches are allocated a caseload of 10 apprentices so that you can work around existing commitments.  Good rates are paid.
