Our client is a specialist Digital Marketing Agency based in Croydon, working with both international and local clients across the UK. They are currently looking to recruit a talented Interactive Media Apprentice to join their growing team to assist with their marketing activities.

This is an exciting and newly created opportunity to join an expanding team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing fresh, new and engaging content, both image and video, for use across various channels.
Working with the social, Web and SEO teams to deliver high quality content and graphic designs for their impressive client base. You will be fully immersed in all things digital, act as a key team player and be able to switch flawlessly between projects ensuring all content produced is based on social insights and campaign needs.

Key Responsibilities (Full training will be given):
• Research, plan and create interactive content (Infographics / Video / GIFS)
• Work closely with our Web designers to ensure all design requirements are met
• Support the Social Media / SEO team with their content requirements
• Confidently produce creative work whilst keeping to corporate brand guidelines
• Support the team and director on other projects as and when necessary

• Confirm their ability to travel to and from this place of work
• Confirm their understanding of the apprenticeship scheme
• Have a passion to study Digital Marketing and a good understanding of the profession
• Understand the job role and long-term career opportunities

Please note all apprenticeships are work based learning therefore for applicants to be considered they cannot be currently studying.

Weekly Wage:

£650 per month

Working Week:

Monday- Friday
9:00am – 5:00pm

Future prospects description:

Upon completion of the Apprenticeship and evaluation by the company’s supervisors, the successful candidate may be offered a job at the end of the Apprenticeship.

Skills required:

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Animate & Illustrator
• Experienced in Adobe Premiere & After Effects
• A Knowledge of Other Editing Software e.g. Canva, Sony Vegas, InDesign
• Background in Photography and/or Videography
• Effective Team Worker
• Basic understanding of Marketing
• Strong understanding of design
• Effective time management / planning

Personal Qualities:

The ideal candidate will need to be a creative minded person, enthusiastic and self-motivated. Fluent in English (both written and oral communication) and have great organisational skills. You must have the ability to learn quickly and show initiative.

English, Maths and ICT GSCE’s level A-C or Equivalent

About the training:

As part of the Apprenticeship you will work towards a Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Creative and Digital Media. Depending on your role you could choose from the following options:
