About the Apprenticeship :
Templeton is a 20 year established IT Recruitment Consultancy with offices in London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Zurich. We have a huge database that is a little out of date and needs organising through the proactivity of a dedicated person like you.
We are offering this opportunity to someone who is interested in a successful career in recruitment. Our office environment is friendly and ambitious and many of the team are bilingual.
We want you to become a highly successful IT Recruitment Consultant where the income potential is huge.
Your tasks will include:
Cleansing the database by making lots of calls and sending emails and using social media eg Linkedin
Sourcing candidates based on specific criteria
Posting ads on various job boards
Customer service and Account Management
Confident communication skills
Openness and self discipline to implement the excellent training provided
Good sense of humour
Intelligence and have the ability to think on their feet
Good people skills with the ability to develop rapport with clients on the phone. You must come across as friendly and good to work with.
Good organisational skills as you will be cleansing a large candidate database on our CRM system
Health: As the role requires a consistent presence in the office to deliver the service to completion it is imperative only apprentices who have no physical or mental health problems are submitted for the role. Anyone who has health issues, who would have unscheduled absences from the office, would not be able to do this job
Key responsibilities include:
• Finding vacancies with the support of a resource who will get leads for you
• Calling hiring managers and advertising jobs
• Assessing and speaking to applicants and submitting good candidates to the hiring manager
• Setting up interviews
• Negotiating salary/contract rates and start dates, and any other tasks as required
£250.00 – £350.00 per week
Mon-Fri 09.00am – 17.30pm
Future prospects description:
Upon completion of the Apprenticeship and evaluation by the company’s supervisors, the successful candidate may be offered a job at the end of the Apprenticeship.

About the training:
You will be working towards a Level 4 Diploma in Business and Professional Administration. In addition to crucial ‘on the job training’ depending on the qualification selected you may also study the following units:

• Analyse and Present Business Data
• Project Management
• Managing Information and Knowledge
• Manage Information systems
• Principles of Marketing
