About the Apprenticeship :

Blackstar are looking for a new Digital Intern to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will work across our roster of over 50+ artists delivering digital advertising campaigns.

The key roles and responsibilities for the role are:

Digital Marketing:

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Monitor budgets and adjust bids to gain better campaign stats
  • Identify trends and insights & share with the team
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Mailer growth tasts
  • Health Checks

Blackstar Administration:

  • Dropbox Organisations
  • Ad HOC organisational work

The successful candidate will receive regular support in the form of one on one progress meetings with Blackstar London’s Founder and Manging director Olivia Whatley-Hobbs. In addition to that the successful candidate will gain full exposure to all members of the team getting involved in campaigns developing skills across data analytics and creative campaign management, whilst gaining a full understanding of what goes into make a industry-leading marketing campaign for both emerging and established artists.

Working Week:

Monday - Friday (10am-6pm)

Future prospects description:

Upon completion of the Apprenticeship and evaluation by the company’s supervisors, the successful candidate may be offered a job at the end of the Apprenticeship.
