About the Apprenticeship :

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Operations Coordinator to work on the operational side of a new employment skills programme designed to help unemployed young people get jobs.

This role is varied with and no two days will be the same. A typical day will involve:

• Registering new interns onto our CRM system (you will be trained on how to do this)
• Sending welcome packs to new interns
• Inviting new interns to a monthly induction and training workshops
• Maintain registers from workshops and inductions
• Liaise with employers and check that the interns are enjoying their placements
• Checking to make sure invoices are being raised and received

You are the kind of person who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done and enjoy being a big fish in a little pond.

You’ll be all over the CRM system keeping it up to date – nothing gets past you. Our ideal candidate has good attention to detail and takes pride in their work. You will be working with a lot information so an ability to organise yourself is important. Being solution focussed and not afraid to ask questions or put forward ideas when things can be done better are qualities that will stand you in good stead in this role.

Weekly Wage:

£25K-£28K p/a

Working Week:

Monday – Friday (9:30am - 6:00pm)

We’re a small, close-knit team – a good sense of humour goes down well along with love for what we do. We are working from home now and intend to return to the office when safe to do so.  (There’s free parking if you get in early enough!).  Please talk to us at the interview about the flexibility you need. Qualifications Required:

Minimum qualifications are English, Maths and ICT GSCE’s level A-C or equivalent.
